Itinerary:
DAY 1 (Breakfast/Trail Lunch/Refreshment/Dinner) (Camping)
Meet at Great Wall Hotel in Grik town at 0730 hours for breakfast. After breakfast, drive to KM69 Grik/Jeli Road, the ‘Staging Point’. Only drivers will be led to the end point at Banding Island Jetty then returned to staging point. Participants will trek downhill for 3.5 hours to Chewis River passing through old logging road and then primary rainforest. Expect a lot more leeches on a rainy days. Upon arrival at the river, the ’Put In’ point, light refreshment will be served and then followed by briefing on the aspect of white water rafting.
After briefing, you will gear up and start raft down to Kuala Mangga and camp the night at the confluence of Sg. Mangga and Sg. Singor. The rafting will be about 2 hours with rapids of Grade I to Grade III. Expect temperatures to get cold, Bring a warm sweater and properly insulated sleeping bag

DAY 2 (Breakfast/Trail Lunch/Dinner) (Camping)
After breakfast at 0730 hours, break camp, briefing and practical exercise before rafting down the great Singor River!! The run will be between 4 – 6 hours depending on water level and group size. Rapids grades range from Grade I to Grade V. We will avoid grade IV. There will be a couple of refreshment stops along the way. Camping overnight at Kuala Sami overlooking Sami rapids. It is usually warm at night here but expect some lower temperatures.

DAY 3 (Breakfast/Snacks)
Breakfast and break camp at 0730 hours. After briefing, continue rafting a distance of 7.5 kilometers down Singor for a duration of about 4 hours with rapids ranging from Grade I to Grade V to the ‘Take Out’ point at Emban River and then by motorized boat to Banding Island jetty. You will enjoy the 40minute ride through the vast Temenggor lake; possibly viewing wildlife and logging barges. On arrival at jetty about 3-4pm, you may unload your rafting gear and clean up. Depart to destination of origin.

There are some restaurants here where you can have a meal or find restaurants along the highway.

what to bring?
river sandals or lace up shoes for wearing on raft, swimming costume, basic toiletries, sunscreen lotion, sleeping bag, inflatable pillow, personal medication, straps for spectacles or goggles for contact lenses, 3 sets of clothing (1 wet set, 1 for sleeping and 1 for return). remember to keep your luggage to a bare minimum as you will be carrying them in the raft with you.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL KOTA KINABALU/ BRIEF CITY TOUR (D)

Upon arrival meet at Kota Kinabalu International Airport by our representative,transfer for brief city tour brings you to Sabah State Mosque. A drive up Signal Hill affords you with a panoramic view of the landscape and offshore of Kota Kinabalu and South China Sea. Pass by the Likas Malay Village to Sabah Foundation Building (now known as Tun Mustapha Building) for photo stop then proeed to hotel for check in. Free and easy until dinner time.

7.30pm - pick up at hotel lobby and transfer to Nelayan Seafood Restaurant for dinner.
9.00pm - Return to hotel 


DAY 2 - KINABALU PARK, HOT SPRING, TAGAL LUANTI (L,D)

8.00 am - Pick up at hotel lobby for full day Kinabalu National Park, Poring Hot Spring and Tagal Luanti a natural stream fish massaging session.* Lunch at local restaurant.
7.30pm - pick up at hotel lobby then transfer to Hajah Halimah Home Cooking for authentic local dinner.
9.30pm - return to hotel


DAY 3 - GATE SHOOTING, KLIAS RIVER CRUISE (L,D)

Pickup from hotel accompanied by your guide and journey to GATE shooting range. Upon arrival, meet and greet your weapons instructor. A 30 minute briefing on gun safety and handling will be given before the activity. Start with the small caliber .22 rifle target practice. Next will be the 9mm semi auto hand gun (Glock) static target. Refreshments will be served before you continue to the next round. Lastly, the Trap or Skeet shooting is a more challenging activity, where you attempt to shoot flying clay disk using a double barrel shotgun. Return to your hotel after this session.
The journey continue to Klias Wildlife River Cruise. Depart to the Southwestern part of Sabah. Journey takes roughly 1hour 45 minutes. Upon arrival, coffee & tea will be served with some local cake made by the local people.
Onboard comfortable fibreglass boat – Cruise down for almost 2 hours in search for wildlife.  

Malaysian dinner will be served by the river the catch the glimpse of fireflies before heading back to the hotel.


DAY 4 - PADAS WHITE WATER RAFTING (L)

Padas River is located at the Southeastern part of Sabah. Tour begins with an early drive for approximately 3hrs from Kota Kinabalu to Beaufort/Tenom Railway Station. Get ready for breathtaking and picturesque view of the Murut tribes as you go on board The North Borneo Railway train, on the way to Padas. Upon arrival, light refreshment will be served and essential white water rafting equipments and safety briefing will be conducted by our professional river guide. Experience the ultimate white water class III-IV River. Enjoy the nerve-tingling excitement of the Borneo white-water crescendos (approx. 1 1/2hrs-2hrs). Late afternoon: transfer back to hotel. Arrive in KK approximately around 7.30pm.


DAY 5 - KOTA KINABALU/ AIRPORT (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to airport for departure.

DAY 1

6.30am- Meet and greet at meeting point. Then travel for about 2 hour drive to Keningau Town through Crocker Range; enjoy the beautiful scenic mountains countryside view.

8.30am- Expected to arrive at Keningau town, stop by to buy some groceries. Then continue journey to Maliau Basin, part of theroad are gravel and bumpy. The journey estimate to take about 3 hours.

11.30am- Expected to arrive at Maliau Basin entrance gate for registration and have lunch at the Information Gallery. Then we will proceed our journey to Maliau Basin Studies Centre (MBSC). The journey will take about 1 hour drive. We will also stop by the Observation Point to view the rim of Maliau Basin.

2.00pm- Upon arrival to Maliau Basin Studies Center(MBSC)  we will be greeted by the rangers and proceed to our hostel. Free and easy until dinner time.(dinner will be prepare on our own)

8.00pm- After dinner, we will proceed to conference hall for Video Presentation which give you a brief introduction to Maliau Basin Conservation Area.

9.00pm- After the video presentation, proceed to Night Drive in search of nocturnal wildlife along MBSC excess road, Maliau Basin.

10.00pm-Returns to MBSC hostel and get a good night rest

DAY 2

6.00am- Early morning Birding Session with Maliau Basin rangers and our pro-guide (birds of Maliau Basin are active in the morning).

7.30am- Return to hostel for breakfast (prepare on our own).

8.30am- After breakfast proceed to ‘Skybridge’ and ‘Mandi session’ at Maliau river.

10.30am- Return to our hostel to pack our things and proceed for a 30mins drive to Agathis Camp(Satelit Camp before entering Maliau Basin). Upon reaching Agathis Camp, we shall prepare our lunch.

2.00pm- After lunch, proceed to Agathis trail for short hiking experience.

4.00pm- Return to Agathis camp for tea. Then free and easy until dinner time (dinner will be prepare on our own).

*Optional after dinner- We can do a night walk or night safari*

10.00pm- return to Agathis camp and get a good night rest.

DAY 3

7.00am- Breakfast (prepare on our own). Then visit the 33m high Observation Tower, enjoy the majestic view and birding from the tower.
